St James the Less approached us looking for a solution to get the internet into their main church building even though they didn't have a physical landline. Our solution to them was simple by bringing it into the building over a 4G connection. This is where the internet is provided using the mobile networks which nowadays can be faster than your average copper wire connection. We assisted with design mock ups which were put forward for faculty approval. We then put them in contact with a local telecoms company whom we have a good relationship with and had them up and running with the internet without a landline.

The installation was kept as discreet as possible with the 4G router mounted up in the bell tower to obtain the best signal. We installed two wireless access points within the church to give a wide coverage around the building. The church is now able to use the internet for services and day to day clerical duties.
